About me:
My name is Tonya and I am a stay at home mum of 3 active boys, Jaxton (10), Kaedyn (9) and Brakyn (3). I have always loved sewing and crafting and have been trying for what seems to be forever to get a little cottage business up and running. So here it is. There are limited items for me to make for boys though and I love sewing little dresses and outfits, so Stitchin i'Ton was created.

I accept electronic payments through PayPal. I will also accept direct deposit for Australian orders, contact me for account information. Please note that items will only be sent after all payments have cleared.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Postage
At this stage, I am using a flat rate of $6.00 per order for postage within Australia. All items are posted through Australia Post, please notify me if you would like me to upgrade your postage to Express, Registered or to add insurance, these will be at the buyer's cost.

Delivery
Please allow up to 7 days delivery for ready made items. For custom orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. I am the only employee of this little business so I will do my best to fulfill your order ASAP but that won't always be possible. Contact me if you need anything quicker than the time allowed, I will try to rush orders through. I will usually notify you when an item has been sent and will always notify you if there is a delay with your item or with sending your item.
Returns
I currently do not have a returns policy. If you have any concerns with your items, please contact me immediately. Each refund or exchange will be dealt with as an individual case. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Colours
I will do my best to describe the colours of each individual item as I see them but please note that as all computer monitor displays are different, colours may not be completely accurate.
Fabrics / Styles
Most of my items will be able to be made in other fabrics and sizes, as long as I have the fabric available. Please contact me for other options and I will let you know if it is possible.
